Archdiocese of New Orleans - Christopher inn- Elderly Living Community

Located in New Orleans Louisiana, this high rise features studios and one bedroom apartments.  Scope: ADA upgrades to include new kitchen cabinets and tops, enlarging door and hall way openings for access.  Remove all tubs and replace with walk in accessible showers, grab bars etc.  Emergency alert systems and fire alarm upgrades.  2015-2016

As Senior Project Manager and Assistant Director for PEREZ APC A&E  we completed Interior and exterior improvements. Scope:  Exterior Painting, interior Painting, Refrigeration, Lighting, flooring and other misc millwork and finishes.  2014-2015

Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA)

General Contractor / Program Director  Scope:  QA / QC contractor responsible for coordinating and oversight.  Inspected the installation and deactivation of over 2800 Temporary Livings trailers throughout the State of Louisiana following Hurricane Katrina.  Employed 65 full time inspectors.  Worked in conjunction with SHAW, FLOUR and CH2M Hill 3 1st tier Government Contractors.  Recognized for superior performance throughout the engagement.  2006-2008
